Sports Readiness Camp For Kids--Age 3-6 years Through games and an easy to follow fitness routine, children learn the skills needed to excel in sports, even at these early years. Aerobic endurance and muscle strength increase, hand/eye coordination and balancing skills improve. All the necessary components in the most basic sports program are taught. Whether your child participates in sports or not, physical activity is a must. Currently 85% of 5-year-olds cannot pass basic physical fitness testing. park for 45 minutes!
