Pricing Information

100 guest minimum, 200 maximum
        $150.00 security deposit (returned after event)

2008:    $17.00 per person covers the rental of the facility and amenities.

2009:    $18.00 per person covers the rental of the facility and amenities.
       

Residents living within the City of Rochester receive a discount of $1.00 per person.

Caterer's fees are additional. We have a list of approved caterers with their menus and prices in a wedding packet at Rochester Community House. Come see us!
