Business Meetings at Rochester Community House

Monday-Thursday only

8:00 a.m. access to 4:00 p.m.

Evening hours: 6 p.m.-10 p.m.

Rochester Community House is known as that place in the park for all your special needs. Local businesses love our facility as a place to get away from the office for a luncheon meeting, retreat, or a seminar. Our building sits on a hill in the Rochester Municipal Park. All rooms have views of the park. Two rooms have deck access and our third room has two cozy gardens with benches just outside the door.

  • Screen, chalkboard, easel, podium available upon request
  • Lunch can be catered, either as an inexpensive box lunch or a full service meal, depending on your needs. Ask about our recommended caterers or see our BUSINESS CATERERS list.

(A) Lewis Room ($125*
This is our largest room with a fireplace, bar area and deck access.
Round table seating (8 per table). Guest seating 75-104.

(B) Kiwanis Room $100*
Spacious room with park views, deck access.
Theatre-style (60 guests). Round tables (48 guests). Classroom (36 guests).

(C) Crittenton room $100*
Park views, new deck access.
Theatre-style (60 guests). Round tables (48 guests). Classroom (30 guests).

(D) Shelton Room $125*
Park views, new deck access.
Theatre-style (60 guests). Round tables (48 guests).

* Above prices are for a four-hour business meeting, seminar or retreat. Additional hours may be pre-arranged for $25 per hour.

Breakfast or lunch may be brought in.
