A Bit of History
La Premier dates back to 1980 when
Chef Loretta, having three daughters and three sons of her own, realized that it
was not necessary for families to spend a small fortune to give their children a
memorable wedding. With her talents, Loretta knew she could provide wonderful
food, beautiful presentations, and personal service at reasonable prices. As we
enter the twenty-first century our company's continued success is due to our
satisfied customers. We are known for our beautiful fresh flower presentations,
wonderful culinary creations, which are made from scratch with the freshest
ingredients, impeccable service, and our always-personalized menus to meet our
client's needs and tastes.
A Life Long Dream
In the summer of 1996 Loretta and
David (Bo), opened the Victorian Rose Restaurant Tea House in downtown Rochester
and filled it with their family heirlooms and treasures. The restaurant helped
Loretta fulfill a lifelong dream. She now does all wedding planning in a special
room upstairs.

La Premier Package Presentation
To help make your wedding dinner a memorable experience for your
guests we ask that you customize the menu from the vast array of
choices we have included. If there is a special concern or diet
for any of your guests please inform us and we will prepare a
special meal. All buffets include our beautiful fresh floral
displays, serving staff, and all catering cleanup. Please call us
for current prices.

Bartender service includes
beverage condiments (lemons, limes, olives, cherries), stirs, napkins,
five hours bar service plus one-hour set up and clean up.
Exceptional Service
We pride ourselves on our
service. Again, if any of your guests have a special dietary need, we
will prepare a dinner to accommodate. If anyone needs special help at
the buffet (for example an older person, special needs person, or a
parent with children) one of our staff will assist him or her or we will
bring a dinner to them.
Payment
To secure our services a
deposit is required. We will need a final count two weeks before the
wedding and at that time the total amount will be due.

Please join us for a
romantic complimentary luncheon for you both at the Victorian Rose
during the month of your first anniversary.
