Beginning Hatha Yoga Jenna Aviva Lee, RYT, is an experienced Yoga teacher with an M.A. in Sanskrit. She is also certified in Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy. Yoga teaches balance of the mind and body through physical exercise (asanas), controlled breathing, and calming of the mind through relaxation and meditation. Gentle stretches, breathing and centering exercises are designed to increase joint flexibility, improve muscle tone and strength, and relax the whole body/mind. No previous yoga experience necessary.
