Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m. access to 4:00 p.m. Evening hours: 6 p.m.-10 p.m. Rochester Community House is known as that place in the park for all your special needs. Local businesses love our facility as a place to get away from the office for a luncheon meeting, retreat, or a seminar. Our building sits on a hill in the Rochester Municipal Park. All rooms have views of the park. Two rooms have deck access and our third room has two cozy gardens with benches just outside the door.
Room A - Lewis Room This is our largest room, with a fireplace, bar area and deck access. Round table seating (8 per table)
capacity is 112 Room B - Kiwanis Room Spacious room with park view and deck access. Round table seating (8 per table)
capacity is 48 Rooms A & B Combined These two rooms may be combined for larger groups with seating up to 152 guests at 19 round tables. Deck access from both rooms. $200.00 for 4 hours or less* Room C Outstanding views of the park and cozy park seating just outside the door. Round table seating (8 per table)
capacity is 48 *Additional weekday hours can be arranged for $25 per hour but building closes weekdays (Mon-Thurs) at 10 p.m. Prices are for business meetings only, not parties or dinner events.
